CW 190.3 - stayed the same. Hoping to keep it close to that after my vacation. I'll weigh in when I get back. Have a good and healthy week all!
have a great vacation!2 -
Hi everyone!
My current weight is 222.1lbs 🤷
Not sure if it is good or bad 🤷
So many things has happened 🤦
I realized that I really have to get involved in group conversation more 🤣🤭🙈
Good luck everyone ❤️3 -
It has been a lovely Carolina Friday! Started with a fogged in airport so my sister was delayed for a couple of hours, but then there was some delicious sunshine. I had a couple of good outdoor walks and a fantastic gym session - elliptical and kettlebells. Shower earned
I was thinking of keeping up with @metaphysicalstudio on the elliptical yesterday and today - I got a good groove going and felt the sisterhood!
I'll be back later - hoping for more news from everyone2 -

It is good! You are down 1.1 pounds I hope that the things have happened and that you are OK. We'll be glad to hear about it when you have a minute for sure!2 -
Good day around here! I didn't get up early enough to ride the Peloton before work, so I focused on getting my 10,000 steps instead, which I don't often do! My dad is still here and I didn't want to abandon him for the bike tonight so I'll just get on tomorrow. I miss it when I don't ride... but rest days are good too!
I had one of those moments where I had a little bit banked for a small snack after supper and then I realized I forgot to log my yogurt from breakfast! Goodbye to the snack.. does this ever happen to anyone else? I had a mini moment of sadness for the piece of chocolate or fruit I was going to eat and then got over it... lol. I definitely prefer to keep a tiny amount back for those after supper munchies though!
Have a good weekend everyone.3 -
@ jugar I would like to be moved to support for awhile. I plan on staying in the group, but I need to put the scale away for awhile.
@ashleycarole86 I plan on staying on the step team. Congratulations on your loss this week. I skimmed the post and you and Brad are doing amazing. This summer, I am definitely going to try out the Pelton app.
Kristy - what grade does your husband teach? Is it his class or everything? It's a hard to be a teacher. Our state just gave teachers a HUGE pay raise to try to keep teachers. When I get stressed, I have to take time to really focus on what I LOVE about the job, which can be hard. I have been attending all the progression to Kinder IEPs and we have so many kids coming next year. I am praying that means less unidentified kids.🤷♀️
Courtney- I hope you can find some exercises to help relieve your pain. HUGS💕4 -
Sorry for not posting, was busy yesterday. Had an interview!
191 for my weigh in.3 -
@KellyBgetsfit Sounds great and thank you so much. I'd be interested when you try the Peloton app to see what you think of the Barre content compared to what you normally do... I have nothing to compare to.
Had my 60 minute long ride this morning and I'm getting ready for our overnight with the family to Banff to see the Nightrise light show on the top of Sulphur Mountain. Thankful for these times to make memories.. even though my parents are divorced and have been for 20 years or so they can spend time together which is such a blessing for us kids.
My weight this morning started with a 16-!!! I really don't remember the last time my weight was in this range but I'm guessing late high school timeframe. Feels surreal and I'm not sure I recognize my body most days.
The sun and warmth has come back to Alberta. Soaking up some Vitamin D and feeling the good vibes for spring to get here.
@eggfreak and others.. sending good thoughts for anyone dealing with feelings of disgust, guilt, or otherwise difficult emotions. Hoping you find your way into loving kindness with your body and the journey.. or anger to propel yourself forward... different strokes for different folks!6 -

Late weigh in. Wildly different, so I will average them.
PW 194.2
CW 193.6 (194.4 and 192.9)
We are T (or M) minus 3 days to loading our stuff. Talked to our driver. It will take 2 days to load. They are estimating almost 25,000 pounds for both our houses!!! Too much stuff. Too late to really do anything about it now. We weeded what we could as we went. More before the next move into our forever home. Once we sell our home and find a new forever home (we are renting for a year-ish), i do t EVER want to move again. 😞🙂
After two years of essentially all home cooked meals, i am not looking forward to a week and a half of take out. We are trying to be as creative as we can with the cooking supplies still out. The take out food is not sitting well with me. Funny what a two year pandemic can do to you. Pre-pandemic we ate out waaay too much. Now i feel so sensitive to salt and the other stuff they use.
Trying to take moments to breathe and stretch. Update on my sister for those so interested, she is having surgery on Tuesday (same day as movers) to remove the cancer and the upper lobe of her lung. Shes scared of the post op pain. Any and all good vibes and prayers welcome. Missing you all.6 -
CW: 186.8
@micki48 that sounds incredibly stressful! I'll be thinking about you and your sister over the next few days. All the hugs!
@ashleycarole86 that sounds like a wonderful trip - I might have to look into that! My husband has been enjoying super strenuous hikes in the Rockies lately, but I'm nowhere near his fitness level, so maybe we could check that out. Congratulations on the 16- weight! Your dedication is so impressive4 -

I am doing good. Turns out when I started eating at my perceived maintenance calories, my TDEE went up by another 200-250 calories. Guess our bodies do try to conserve energy and slow down some minor processes when we are in a deficit for a long time. Bcuz of my new and improved TDEE, I am still losing 2-3 lbs a month on average. Slow but still awesome. My ultimate goal weight is just 6 pounds away(15% bf) and my ultimate ultimate goal weight is roughly 16 pounds away (10% bf). I am very excited to get there till Summer. But i dont care if it takes longer. It would be ridiculous to not be happy with my current physique. At this point, most of my wardrobe is slim-fit tops and trousers in size small which is cool for a 6ft tall me. I was wearing 6XL t-shirts just 2 years ago lol. I do have loose skin on my chest and lower belly but it is improving fast as my overall weight goes down and my lifting weight is going up. It only looks bad when I bend over. I am hoping there is a male version of a Victorian corset I can wear to train myself to stay upright when on the beach lol
My hunger levels are not that crazy anymore. I feel it's only because I eat a lot of volume combined with a ton of protein. Fat-free yogurt, puffed kamut, vegetables, flavor drops and chicken have been game-changers for me. Regular food would have not worked at all in this scenario. 4 out of 5 days, I don't feel very hungry when going to sleep.
Workouts are going fine as well, trying to walk as much as possible plus 4 weight lifting sessions per week. I also started taking a salsa class last week. Next, I am going to try bouldering. Hopefully that happens soon. Also my workplace is holding boxing classes for all employees from April which should be a blast. So much room for activities I tell you9 -
@happimess01 I'm so glad you share your journey as it transforms along the way. The game changers at close to goal are not the same ones as at the beginning of the journey - this is important to know! Post some videos of those boxing sessions if you can! Sounds like a blast.4
