    Gals you are doing great. My mom came in Saturday and I have been busy catching up. My son Robert met us at the airport. What a nice surprise. Then Sahara visited for hours on Sunday with us. Work got in the way today.

    It has been great. Not snacking to much. Drinking tea. I will have to post a photo of a picture Rocky had framed of mom and I.

    Enjoyed catching up.

    Ate way too much comfort food in the past 2 days and the scale has my #.

    The stress of Bella and her mental health issues I think. We had an intake yesterday and a specialized 6 hour day program, which it sounds like she will start on Wednesday. Just need her to start getting well.

    Monday is always my my busy day at PF. Full body strength training - 60 minutes, treadmill - 60 minutes and recumbent - 30 minutes.

    Karen, I'm sending good thoughts and love to your daughter and to you. I hope the program helps her. I can't imagine the stress you are going through. You are so strong!

    Must walk to the post office today...I didn't walk Friday or Sunday. Ronan had a blood draw yesterday and they came over after... with cookies!! We sat and ate cookies and drank milk!! It was a blast! I have been off the charts with my eating too. I am on a popcorn binge and I'm pretty much loving it!!! :#
    I did workout w/my trainer yesterday for 60 mins. It was a good workout.

    Karen my daughter struggles with mental issues with her daughter Kaeldra also. I am wishing the best for both girls. It can be so trying sometimes. And both of your girls have been having issues for years. Not just normal issues. Hugs and hoping for the best.

    Chris I have been bad lately also. But glad you enjoyed family time and got in some walking.

    Kathy we are in the homestretch for this month. Lets really try hard to drop a few pounds or gain some muscle.

    Going to work out tonight with weights.

    I keep feeling positive and eating well for a day and then backslide. Not sure what it's gonna take for keto to kick in again. Brain knows it's easy, once I get on program. It's just how to get on the program that's tough.

    Derek's finally actually moving out. Already staying at his house 75% of the time. Will probably transition fully by month-end. We're gonna have to timeshare the cats.

    <3 you all. Wish life were easier for everyone.

    Tuesday 40 minutes on recumbent. Took my parents to great nephews baseball game in the evening. Got in additional steps at the park.

    Dental appointment this morning and back to PF.

    Hang in everyone. I agree Paula it’s a little tough right now but we will get through.

    Weight gain started so fast. Hoped it was starting over. But nope, still an upward trend.

    Was feeling so tired I was in bed by 8:00. A lot of appointments and driving this week. Mom has an MRI this morning. Hope to get to PF this afternoon.

    I think my Fitbit is dying a slow death. It’s not charging. I’m not happy it’s only a year old. Do I buy another? Should I buy a new charger to see if that’s the issue? Maybe it’s time to make the switch?
