Happy Tuesday evening
It has begun. . . .got my water in today within a 3.5hr time span hopefully won't be woken up tonight. 13,000 steps done although I went much slowly due to my knees hurting also wrote my goals for the next 50 days.
my goal is to lose 40-50lbs without STARVATION. This will be done with 2 balance healthy Whole Food Plant Base meals daily and exercising 2x-3x a day (IF I STICK WITH IT).🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
