    I’ve not disappeared - other than into the chaos that’s life!
    I’ve updated March and would like to shoot for 70 miles in April


    1st: 2.65 miles - MTD 2.65
    2nd: 3.50 miles - MTD 6.15
    3rd: 3.66 miles, - MTD 9.81

    @Leanz - have a fabulous trip and enjoy your grandbaby <3 how exciting for you. This pandemic has a lot to answer for.
    @clepant - so pleased the piriformis has improved, butt pain isn’t good at the best of times. Well done on the weight loss too.
    @Dave - sounds like your recovery is going well, fabulous

    @Janet - how amazing, 102. I bet you were so pleased to see her
    @kar328 - I bet you'll get there eventually and be able to hyperextend it. It will just take a little more time. Great job keeping your scar moisturised!

    I did 1.5 mile warmup on the stationary bike at my PT appointment today. Hoping to get the motivation to do a walk on the treadmill or another longer bike ride this evening. Another day of super-crummy cold and rainy weather is really sapping my energy today.

    Finally on the board with 18 out of 250.

    Adding 20 miles for 38 out of 250. typing with a bandaid on your thumb is tough! :smile:

    Awww man!!! It's already 6:30pm and I've been glued to my desk chair almost the entire day! I need to be better about splitting my exercise up throughout the day and not saving it all for the evening. :grimace:

    Hope you're all having a great day though! I'm off to go do SOMETHING! lol My PT, walk on the treadmill, ride the exercise bike, heck even just go get the mail! :lol:

    So my friend who knows how hard it has been to lose the 30 lbs I put on during Covid lock down decided I need a whole Dutch Chocolate cream pie or my birthday today. Can you say massive calorie bomb?
