Goals/Comments: Following the Intuitive Eating lifestyle is truly a freedom of food and among other things. One key thing that I learn this week is that this is not to lose weight; if it happens it's a side affect of coming in tune to your body. I know this is probably just the honeymoon stage but enjoying the peace of no longer thinking about food all day. Still trying to get my portions under control but doing better day by day. Learning to listen to my body cues not just for hunger but all things (thirst, urination, stomach upset or illness) it's amazing when you remove food from your thoughts what comes to the forefront of your mind. This is extremely powerful Surrendering all of it over to my Savior and just allowing Him to guide me through prayer 🙏🏾 and meditation 🧘🏾♀️ 🧘🏾♀️ Also I no longer force myself to do workouts. One of the principles is to honor your body and find joyful movements, don't focus on burning calories or getting smaller but focus on having fun.Gjaholy33

I've been sick with bronchitis for the past 2 weeks so have not been very active, plus I'm now on a lot of meds to get rid of it. Slowly getting better, so hopefully I can get back to burning off the calories soon.3 -

Went to the farmers market for the first time this year. Positives: Had to park far off and got some walking in, I got some leeks for the first time and am looking forward to try something new, I got a lemon thyme and some cilantro plants(my first batch of seedlings died, hoping older plants will survive), also got some honey and Onion Jam(did not know this was a thing, am really excited to try).
Negatives: I had no self control and bought all the carbs. Pizza bread, scones, doughnuts, Dakota black popcorn and then boba tea and a burger for lunch
