    Does anyone else have serious digestive issues with certain veggies? Like really bad all over abdominal pain and cramping for hours/days?

    @brandi_84 EVOO and red wine vinegar, sometimes I'll use a flavored vinegar. I had a pomegranate one that I loved but they don't make it anymore. 😕

    Comments: Lack of sleep caught up with me Thursday, and I did almost nothing all day. Doing better today, but too much restaurant food this week is adding up. I will do better after Mother’s Day. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms 💕

    I stopped tracking for a couple weeks because I had to reorganize the kitchen for healthy eating ‘consistently’ and a new lifestyle. Pretty much finished. Have to get in the habit of counting macros for a ketogenic diet. I haven’t calculated any recipes yet, but Ill weigh in this Sunday. I may not track diet well until the following week because won’t to calculate meals before tracking.

    @BlissfulK no problem, tracking and posting here is optional. The only mandatory thing to be part of the group is weekly weigh ins.

    Only a small percentage of us do daily postings. For some of us it helps to keep us mindful, even if we're posting "no" across the board. 😊 You are welcome to post as much or as little as you like. You do you baby! 🥰

    This was a tough week for me. Too much left over birthday cake and then staying with friends for the weekend. Good news is that I'm still keeping up with exercise.

    I’m honestly surprised I have lost 2 lbs this week. I haven’t been really good at tracking food or exercising. But I think I am eating pretty healthy regardless.

    @Krysless2 last week @prehistoricmoongodess asked to roll her weight over as she's traveling this week.

    I'm thinking with the confusion at the beginning of the week the others may not even know where to post their weight. 🤷‍♀️
