    Still up a bit since last week but down almost a lb since the start of May. Knowing I was going to be traveling for 2 weekends I had said in my intro that I would be happy just to maintain this month so I call it a win. 😊

    tomorrow I will be starting this change again. I’m glad that this month I have not gained much even though life has been tough and I have not ate that good. But it’s on for the next challenge. Let’s go June!
