    It isn't something the group does, it's just something I do. It's just a shorthand to identify the types of exercise I've done. I was annoyed by how my news feed would always say something very general about my exercise. So was a friend, who started posting a breakdown using emojis to indicate the activity. I liked that idea and found some emojis to use for my activities.
    So, for example, today my news feed might say (Mondays are a heavy exercise day for me):
    burned 1,833 calories doing 238 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Aerobics, general"
    And here in fact is what I did:
    πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ20 min; πŸ’ͺ26 min; πŸ’—55 min; πŸ€½β€β™‚οΈ50 min; πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ900 yds/30 min; πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ3.17 mi/57 min; πŸ‘£12,321 steps
    And here is what those emojis stand for:
    • πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈyoga and/or pilates - did 20 minutes of yoga today
    • ☯ t'ai chi - not today
    • πŸ’ͺ strength training - did 26 minutes of strength training today
    • πŸ’— cardio - did 55 minutes of general cardio today (a Silver Sneakers class at my gym)
    • πŸ€½β€β™‚οΈ aquafit - did 50 minutes of water aerobics today (another class at my gym)
    • πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ swimming - swam 900 yards in 30 minutes today
    • πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ cycling - not today
    • πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ walking - walked 3.17 miles in 57 minutes today
    • πŸ‘£ steps - got in ~12,321 steps today.

    I keep track of all this in a spreadsheet. I'm handy with formulas, so I am able to create various summaries of the things I track. I have an expanded version of this list of activities, but when I do a lot of various activities, the expanded version won't fit on one line:
