Exercise: none
No exercise yesterday. I spent most of the day trying to finish bookmarks that I am bringing to Newfoundland as gifts. I am getting excited about the trip but also a bit stressed. I am trying to get some sort of a schedule of what we will be doing for the first week. I will be going for a walk later this afternoon with my granddaughter. I am taking care of her today.2 -

Weigh-in Day: Monday (July 4, 2022)
PW: 231.6
CW: 228.9
SW: 240
The last two weeks were artificially high but the trend has been in the right direction all week so I believe I'll take the win!
@lindamtuck2018 and @Megan_smartiepants1970 - Our family leaves on vacation leaves on vacation in 4 days and we'll be out of town until July 17th so I will miss the Monday, July 11th weigh-in so please excuse me for next week.
We've already taken the family (all 4 kids) to all of the US State Capitals and have hit nearly 40 US National Parks so we're going to check a few more boxes next week. We're headed out to the Southwest - flying into Phoenix, AZ and going to see the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Capital Reef, Arches, Black Canyon of the Gunnison so lots of hiking in my near future - unfortunately it's also going to be HOT so lots of water breaks! We finish the trip with a white water rafting trip that goes under the Royal Gorge bridge in Colorado and then we fly home from Denver. My Fitbit should go nuts with all of the steps I'll be doing so as long as I take it easy with all of the meals we'll be eating out, I should have some good news to share when I step on the scale on 18th.
Enjoy your trip ... I use to live in Arizona ...The Grand Canyon is pretty amazing ..If you can I highly suggest doing the helicopter thru the grand canyon

It's been a bit of a rough week; I'm having foot problems and that's made it more difficult to get exercise. I may get a gym membership just so I can do some low/no impact exercise. Looking at that more seriously now that the holiday weekend is winding down.2 -

I need to experiment with things like this. I have tried feeding my husband vegetarian meals in the past and he wasn’t too happy. I think I will try again.Good evening everyone. I hope your 4th was safe and good.

Is swimming an option with your foot. It’s a great low impact exercise.motivatedmom13 wrote: »Weigh Day Monday

Exercise: walk to market and back
No exercise today. I am going for a pedicure this morning. I got somethings booked for the trip. This time next week we will be getting ready to go whale watching. My weight is up a few pounds from my last weigh in but I am still in onderland. I haven’t been watching my sodium and my appetite is returning. On Thursday we have to eat at the airport on our layover. From Friday to Monday we are going with different family members to restaurants. I hope I don’t do too much damage.
Have a great Tuesday!1 -

Maintenance but that is alright as I am doing some heavy lifting maybe some fat burning is going on.
1010 miles as of end of June.
Changing where I swim so it will be a month before I get back into the pool. But I am going to try figure skating this month. Got skates for Christmas. Need to break them in.2 -
