@pkg1998 I am glad your family is safe in St. Charles. The rain was pretty bad there. Here in St. Louis we got 9 inches of rain. It caused my garage door opener to short circuit because the roof leaked. I also had water come into the house in a few spots. I have an old house. But compared to others I consider myself pretty lucky. The water in my basement was nothing compared to some of my friends’ basements - they had actual floods. 😕3

Thought weighing at the end of the week would help me stay consistent but it didn’t. I always struggle to keep focused all week long. It’s always been something I have trouble changing. My exercise and good choices are great at the beginning of the week and then fade off at the end. It’s a difficult work in progress.2 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Keeping a low carb routine. Today I did 20/4 intermittent fast diet, I'm changing up my routine since I've only lost 0.2 pounds in two week, unfortunately inspite of that I'm all 😁. I've decided to continue IF with different variations to aid the weight loss process a little quicker. In 2 months I lost 11 pounds, can't beat that. Ill see what August brings, I'm still motivated to lose the weight no matter what. When I reach 150 lbs I'll do just 2-3 days per week IF instead of 7 days per week I've decided 145 lbs is the ideal weight for me.
