I’m 30yo woman trying super hard to get into a healthy BMI range. I started off around 204 this year and have lost about 27 pounds so far. Last month I lost 11 pounds following a routine every single day. I finally moved from
Obese to overweight category last month. I work a desk job full time and movement is generally low. I have been struggling with weight loss for years, I would really love to end this year in a healthy weight range. That’s 27 more pounds to go! Super pumped to be part of this group. Goals/Comments: I was pleasantly surprised that I got on the scale 3x just to make sure🤣🤣🤣 Yes I'm detoxing for healing but only expected to drop 5 to 10lbs not more than 30lbs 😮😮. Although a part of me wants to stop the detox because of this significant weight loss but I started this process for healing from this cough and dizziness so I'm going to keep going and just be mindful of other factors as I continue this journey.
