Tracking should get way easier when you’re doing IF!
Also tracking was the end all-be all for me! Meaning it really propelled my weight loss once I started stalling on keto… and plus MFP makes it so easy comparing all the others out there! It gets easier once you create and save a few regular meals and patterned days the algorithms will continue to pop up suggestions of what you want to log again.
Don’t give up! Keep on keepin on!
@Krysless2
Thanks for your support!
I didn’t do the fast this week because of the GOT challenge required a food challenge this week. I’m waiting for a week that doesn’t conflict with GOT then I can finally say I tracked because there’s nothing to track🙃😂
I agree MFP makes it easy, but I don’t really have consistent meals yet. I’m always changing the the quantity of ingredients for each meal, when trying different things. Still in the phase of finding favorites since I change my way of eating the last couple months1 -

@BlissfulK Oh I meant Intermittent Fasting(16:8). That’s the only kind of fasting I’m able to do anyway…I know there are all types of fasting but it is difficult for me to keep with a fast for longer then 16 hours..maybe one day I’ll try that again.. For IF, I usually try to base it off my work/sleep schedule. Right now I try to eat between 1pm and 9pm.
But if you’re wanting to build a tracking HABIT, then IF(16:8 or 20:4) is the way to go! If you’re not having to worry about tracking SO much in a day it makes it easier to start!
Trust me, you can eat keto all day long and gain weight! Once you log you start to just get it!

I find tracking a chore myself, meal prep takes long having to weight every single ingredient and logging. Some days it's easy if I'm eating the same thing as it will be available in my history

Congrats on the loss @BlissfulK.
It’s funny you mention GoT enhancing your success. I’ve done a lot of up/down staying about the same since that challenge began 😂 but I’m not blaming them.2 -

There are many variables in GOT to play with which makes it exciting and fun. . I like that it holds you accountable for Flex and Strength which I ignore all the time! For me I think it’s the strength that’s helping. I do mostly body weight for strength which is fat burning. Fat burning with a zero carb diet is what im thinking is making animpact. We’ll see if it continues!3
