Nice loss! Are you using a weight trending app?

I started using Libra. So far I'm happy with it.

I tried looking for the app Happy Scale that you mentioned in an earlier post, but I couldn't find it. I have an android phone, so maybe Happy Scale is for Apple phones?

Yes Happy Scale is for Apple phones ... Libra is for android :)

No pool today. A few of us are driving down to Sarnia to get some fish. I guess when they say fish they mean perch or pickerel. I have never had either so it will be interesting. Being a Newfoundlander, when I hear fish, I think cod. We are going to be doing some walking but I will be using the walker so steps won’t be registered.

Both Perch and Pickerel are a bit more boney than cod but the taste is marvelous. The Great Lakes are also known for the Whitefish (which is much closer to cod). Either way, it sounds tasty. Safe trip

We had mackerel and it was delicious.

Nice loss! Enjoy your first week. I volunteered in both my granddaughters kindergarten classes. The kids say the cutest things at that age.

I know, I had a terrible gain this week. I had a binge Tuesday night. I was dealing with a bit of a stressful situation Monday and Tuesday. Unfortunately, I dealt with it through food. I ate a lot of carbs so I am still bloated today.

NSV: I looked up my blood test results. My A1C was 5.8 which is in the non diabetic range. I know my doctor is going to be pleased with me on Tuesday. No more binge eating as I want to keep it like this.

Had a rough night of sleep last night. I'm still coughing post-covid. My hubby is now in the throws of a cold, allergies, or maybe just rebound post covid yuck. Anyway he had a coughing fit around 4 am. So I'm a little bleary eyed this morning.

Summer can be hard for me. I love seasonal fruit baking. I'm dying to make my favorite peach cake. Or a german-style yeasted plum cake. In the past I'd take it into my office for folks to eat but I work from home 99% of the time now...

Exercise is up, so is food. The result is that I'm stalled. I had good losses a few weeks ago, so this isn't a big surprise.

Hope everyone is doing well. Hubs had an ankle replacement yesterday, so I might miss a post here and there. The surgery went really well. He had a horrible sprain years ago. I think the hardest thing will be all the down time, as he is very active. Feeling very grateful. 😊

Stay away from the baking pans. I find the fatigue and the chest congestion are still lingering. I will feel fine for a day or two and then I am right back on my puffers.

Get the food down and 5he scale will move again. Great job getting your exercise numbers up.

Amazing loss! Don’t sweat it (pun intended) if your weight rebounds a bit next week. It usually does after a loss from not feeling well for most people.

Super tired today. I have new upstairs neighbours and they are very noisy. Sounds like a gorilla running around. I finally fell asleep after 1am. I want to skip the pool but I can’t. I don’t know if I will get there this weekend. Starting tonight I am staying with my 16 year old granddaughter while her parents and sister are away. She does have to go to cheer camp each day for a few hours so I might get home to do a swim. I am taking her to a movie Saturday night and she wants to eat out before the movie. Not worried about snacks at the movies as popcorn hurts my stomach but I ate out on Wednesday and we have three occasions coming up in the next two weeks. I just might skip our anniversary dinner this year.🤷‍♀️

    Have a great Friday!

I will move your higher end of maintenance to 235. We can make it lower later if needed.

Losing the tummy is definitely hard. I think especially so after we have kids and hit 50.

    Good evening all.
    Check in:
    Steps - 8558.
Calories - 2317. Still high salt but working it. I don't add any.
Exercise - walk in middle afternoon. Muggy. 52 minutes. Went on the walk intending to get some yogurt. Went there and walked on past instead. Grabbed a nectarine when I got home and then decided against it since dinner was in 2 hours.

Thanks for adjusting my range, @lindamtuck2018.

Waiting for my husband to pick me up to go grocery shopping. Another late night last night so I am existing on not much sleep. Tomorrow night I am going to bed at my regular time. Not sleeping right has an impact on my food choices. I need to stick to my grocery list today and not make impulse buys because I am tired. Do you find not enough sleep affects your food decisions?
