    @pkg1998 Hang in there, it's not easy but if you stick to your plan it will pay off. I've been stucked at 162.8 for 3 weeks dispite exercising more and eating low carb high protein. This morning I'm finally down by 1/2 lbs. Don't be too hard on yourself. Let's do this together 🥰

    I have a bad habit of not tracking on the weekends. Usually this is because I tend to overeat and don’t want to acknowledge it. I decided to track yesterdays food this morning and it is so much worse than I thought. It’s not wonder my weight isn’t changing. All the “good” work I do during the week is negated by my weekends. Hopefully this will be an eye opener for me.
