    Praise'm Praise'm Today was weigh in day 2.2lbs are gone yay!! Tried a different Gospel Walk Video and although I did the whole 25 minutes it was less movement then the other one so think gonna go back to the harder one. Although I'm grateful as I had At Home Physical Therapy and boy did she work me so I'm exhausted 😩 so having an early night.

    Goals/Comments: Praise'm Praise'm Happy Friday last workout for the week. My knee is killing me due to the workout with my Physical Therapist yesterday had to pull out my cane. Hopefully resting this weekend will make it better and will just need to speak up next week instead if trying to grit & bare it😥
