A gain but looking back to 2 weeks ago (196) it's still a loss overall. When I lost weight a few years ago it came off really easily but being 10 years older is making it much more difficult this time.

Have a great weekend everyone x

I think I might start weighing my food instead of using the tablespoon half a cup type method bc I am a big cheater, almost if it doesn’t topple off the tablespoon it’s a tablespoon 😂ya I can’t cheat with a scale and I don’t want to be cheating my body

I spent the am mowing, then weeding (well, I pulled up the nasty weed preventer mat around my daylilies that did not prevent weeds, just made them creepy albino mutant weeds), then I trimmed tree growths and pulled up some viney creeping weeds in my lawn. And now I am worn out.

The big project I've been on at work is complete, on to the next big project!

Didn't realize I never hit 5,000 this week but have felt a bit off balance most days, so obviously not walking as much

    I think actually I was 234.4, so today's weigh in, I'm at 233, so a 1.4lbs loss, I didn't weigh in last week because I forgot. 😑

I didn't lose any weight this week, but I did maintain despite a tough week, with some over eating on a couple of days.

I operate a home child care business and last week in the span of 24 hours I received notice from a couple of families, meaning I lost 2/3 of my income. Long story short, I then decided to close my daycare permanently in two weeks time.

In one way, I feel like the weight of the world has lifted and I can finally move forward with the next chapter of my life. in another way, I have no income. I am married so we do have my husband's income, but that is not enough to sustain us.

A new life adventure begins now! And I'm going to try very hard to stay on track with my nutrition and going to the gym, so I can maintain if not continue to lose weight as I find my way in life.

So, I'm glad I was able to maintain my weight through the stress and strain of last week.

In such circumstances, maintaining is a huge success!
And you know, as the situation is probably very stressful and maybe even scary, I am sure something better is waiting for you round the corner. Keeping my fingers crossed for you! Good luck!
