Getting better at being back on track with food but for some reason feeling lazy this week. I normally get up at 4:20am to get my exercise and “me” time in before work but I’ve been struggling getting out of bed. I have a 4 day weekend coming up so hopefully that will get me exercising again.1 -

Exercise: Yes: 1,878 steps, 25 minutes Tae Bo, and 38 minutes of cleaning. My goal for September is to walk 2,500 steps each day, which is 1 mile. I know I walked more steps than 1878, but still less than 2,500 but I wasn't wearing my fitness watch and I didn't have my phone in my pocket at the time.1 -

Comments: It was a good day, not too busy at work, got to bowl with our friends, and one of our teammates and got another 300 game! I brought veggies and light ranch to snack on, trying to stay away from the fried food, unhealthy offerings at the bowling alley. Succeeded and didn't come home and craze as I usually would have. Baby steps...1
