    I lost a few ounces, ah well better than nothing, will keep at it, i will win eventually 😊
    I actually only want to loose about another 7 pounds and i will be at my goal weight. Cant go any lower, i did before and i started looking too thin, even though id still be classed as overweight on the BMI chart!

    Linda, if it's ok, I would like to change my weigh-in day to Friday. I'm trying to change things up and its sort of working... I'm exercising a lot, but also eating at nearly maintenance. I'll post this on the September thread as well.

    A lot of ups and downs lately. My doctor has me on Trulicity to help me lose weight. It keeps my blood sugar stable and keeps me feeling full. Just upped my dose today because I've stalled. Also, starting therapy in about a week to deal with the underlying anxiety/depression issue. I feel like I'm finally starting to get my $ hit together! I'm much more aware of what's going on around me (my mom's mental illness) and in my own head. Progress and some emotional maturity finally at 45.

    Calories - 2715. Ugh. Way to much snacking. Need a good walk.
    Exercise - pickleball for 2 hours. Played 3x this week. Lots of sweating and movement.

    Happy Saturday Team !

    After the stressful and difficult week I had for august week 4, I’ve struggled to get my weight back down on the downward slope. I’m continuing my new workout trainings as my trainer recommended which I am struggling to get used to. My eating hasn’t had much change but I know it can uses a huge improvement. School is back in here in France as of this past Thursday so my schedule should get back on track. It’s going to be a busy school year. My two older boys are the equivalent of juniors in high school here and my Sam has started 2nd grade. He’s also got a couple of extracurricular activities planned for the school year (swimming club and martial arts) so I’m gonna be a busy mom. I am also still looking for a job. Fingers crossed I can find something soon!

    Last time I lost weight I got down to 165 approximately. I looked good because I was lifting weights but I couldn’t let go of the numbers.

    Take it one day at a time. Is trulicity a weekly injection? There is a diabetic drug they just approved for weight loss in Canada but I am not sure if it’s the same.
