    Happy Sunday Team !

    Well yet another gain me me this month. I’m not sure what’s happening. My eating has gotten a little better, I’m working out. Still my trainers new program but I’ve also started Karate 3 times a week. I just have to not give up. It’s extra frustrating. I just can’t seem to get myself back Into weight loss mode. I go down a few Lbs then back up then back down then back up. Whatever. Im feeling pretty defeated this week.

    Note the picture I used for the weight reminders. Pulling out the tape measure is a good idea. Sometimes the scales will not be cooperating but you will see inches lost.

    Today’s my birthday - this weekend has been a bit indulgent. I’ll get back on track.
    I’ve also done a ton of walking at work because we’re doing dissections, which requires me to be in a million places at once making sure students don’t hurt themselves…one more reason I love dissections: it’s good for my fitness lol

    9/10: 1,553 (seems about right - I was absolutely exhausted from this week!)

    Lol no word of a lie, I got home from baseball tonight and hopped on the scale I was 0.2 pounds away from 100. I was around 1 pound away all week so I decided "the heck with this" and ran 3 laps around the block, hopped back on the scale and was down 100. I wanted that BAD haha!

    Exercise - walk in the morning. Finally able to get a good one in without the rain, heat or both. 2 hrs 32 minutes.
