 Well yet another gain me me this month. Iβm not sure whatβs happening. My eating has gotten a little better, Iβm working out. Still my trainers new program but Iβve also started Karate 3 times a week. I just have to not give up. Itβs extra frustrating. I just canβt seem to get myself back Into weight loss mode. I go down a few Lbs then back up then back down then back up. Whatever. Im feeling pretty defeated this week.

            Note the picture I used for the weight reminders. Pulling out the tape measure is a good idea. Sometimes the scales will not be cooperating but you will see inches lost.

 Todayβs my birthday - this weekend has been a bit indulgent. Iβll get back on track.
 Iβve also done a ton of walking at work because weβre doing dissections, which requires me to be in a million places at once making sure students donβt hurt themselvesβ¦one more reason I love dissections: itβs good for my fitness lol
