Goals/Day/Comments: Practiced a little Racketball this evening (20 minutes), which is something I haven't done in ~4 decades. I'd say time was evenly split between hitting the ball and chasing it down when I missed! lol

Ready to start another week with some emphasis on tracking all week. I’m going out of town for work for a few days and I will be eating out every meal! I usually do really bad with tracking in these circumstances but I’m going to try to take a few minutes every morning to log the previous day. There are usually later than “normal” nights so I know I won’t track in the evening but mornings are also later than normal so I will have time. MAKE GOOD CHOICES is my goal this week.

@frankwbrown - love how “no walk today” still turns into 12k+ steps :D

@pauletzl - another inspirational quote. I’m going to run out of room on my bulletin board.

Ironically, due to how finicky my watch is about what is or is not a step, I get only half the number of steps per minute doing water aerobics than I do just walking. Yet, I burn twice the calories, and my average HR walking is ~100 bpm while my average HR doing water aerobics is ~140 bpm.
Don't even get me started on swimming, where I get no steps at all! 🤣

@looneycatblue sorry you weren’t feeling well but sometimes the body just needs a break. Glad things are looking up for you.

Under - question - do you count your exercise calories? I have my Fitbit synced with MFP. If I count my unintentional exercise (did a lot of walking yesterday) then under calories but still above my set goal for the day. Just curious how others look at it.
    Exercise - nothing intentional
Comments - did better on food choices today. Don’t care for buffet lunches which make it difficult to eat well.
