Two people in the house were sick last week and tested positive for COVID on Thursday. I started feeling obvious symptoms such as tiredness and like I was developing a cold where the base of my throat met my chest right after I was told. I tested negative Thursday, but positive Friday. I slept all day Saturday and half of Sunday. I'm still getting hot and cold flashes and my nose can't decide whether or not it wants to be blocked or not. Also, Saturday was my birthday, but I didn't have plans to do anything for it.

Hello Everyone! I'm still here... haven't been posting much. I work a lot, and mostly all on the computer, so when I get off work and finally get home, I "really" don't want anymore screen time. So since I usually stay at my desk during my lunch break, I am going to start using some of that time to post, although I should really also get up and get a bit of a walk in.
It's been a fairly decent week, getting my morning walks in, eating decent, and tracking. Not sure why, but the scale took a big jump up over the past few days... today was better, but I still don't understand why. (not that time of the month, I'm 63 ). Maybe too much sodium... guess I will work on drinking more water, and limit the salt.
