    Hello Everyone! I'm still here... haven't been posting much. I work a lot, and mostly all on the computer, so when I get off work and finally get home, I "really" don't want anymore screen time. So since I usually stay at my desk during my lunch break, I am going to start using some of that time to post, although I should really also get up and get a bit of a walk in.

    It's been a fairly decent week, getting my morning walks in, eating decent, and tracking. Not sure why, but the scale took a big jump up over the past few days... today was better, but I still don't understand why. (not that time of the month, I'm 63 ;) ). Maybe too much sodium... guess I will work on drinking more water, and limit the salt.

    Good Morning Y'All! I was MIA, had a fun weekend in Vegas, celebrating our wedding anniversary and hubby's birthday with some bowling friends. Now time to do some making up for some indulgences!
