    Update on steps this week just gone.

    3,511 - Sunday 2nd
    16,449 - Monday 3rd
    18,279 - Tuesday 4th
    18,256 - Wednesday 5th
    22,700 - Thursday 6th
    22,450 - Friday 7th
    18,158 - Saturday 8th

    Progress on my goals for this month are;

    ❤️ - 5 fruits or vegetables consumer per day - so far so good most days👍

    🧡 - Target loss of 25lbs - not really wiggled since my last one just up a down each week, trying to break the trend next week, to have down two weeks in a row.

    💛 - Post at least one blog post a week - to keep myself in check! - So far I've one one I think

    💚 - Keep under 2000 calories consumed per day - Most days, except yesterday (I was having a super hungry day!)

    💙 - Steps of 20k weekdays and 10k weekends - Yep most days I stick to this (Sunday is my excuse day, any excuse to do nothing! Although my steps are low, my husband and I did go for a run in the morning!)

    Keep at it all!

    My steps were not that great last week. Saturday I thought I would have had more because we went to the fair. Maybe it was because I was pushing the baby carriage. Something I ate set off my ibs, I could feel my stomach starting to feel funny at the fair but then I was sick all day yesterday and still today. Yesterday we had a ton of people over for the football game because it was our turn so I couldn't even rest. At least I have today off but I was hoping to get some stuff done. Maybe this will help me lose a little weight this week.

    I think I’m going to add 2 eggs every day for the b12 (my blood levels of b12 r consistently low) and choline. Also going to make 7,000 for now my daily step goal and go to the gym every other day. My weight loss has halted, need to up my game a little but to where it’s sustainable
