So much running and walking over 6 months my lower body is very well built lol. Joined gym and leg machines are so easy, but upper body is a bit hard5

Update on steps this week just gone.
3,511 - Sunday 2nd

Progress on my goals for this month are;
❤️ - 5 fruits or vegetables consumer per day - so far so good most days👍
🧡 - Target loss of 25lbs - not really wiggled since my last one just up a down each week, trying to break the trend next week, to have down two weeks in a row.
💛 - Post at least one blog post a week - to keep myself in check! - So far I've one one I think
💚 - Keep under 2000 calories consumed per day - Most days, except yesterday (I was having a super hungry day!)
💙 - Steps of 20k weekdays and 10k weekends - Yep most days I stick to this (Sunday is my excuse day, any excuse to do nothing! Although my steps are low, my husband and I did go for a run in the morning!)

My steps were not that great last week. Saturday I thought I would have had more because we went to the fair. Maybe it was because I was pushing the baby carriage. Something I ate set off my ibs, I could feel my stomach starting to feel funny at the fair but then I was sick all day yesterday and still today. Yesterday we had a ton of people over for the football game because it was our turn so I couldn't even rest. At least I have today off but I was hoping to get some stuff done. Maybe this will help me lose a little weight this week.4
