    I just got my fourth about an hour ago and I got the flu vaccine at the same time.

    The first three times, I had no problems with side effects whatsoever, so hopefully this time will be the same.

    In Denmark only people over 50 can get the fourth vaccine, unless you're considered high risk. People with a BMI over 35 are considered high risk, which is why I was able to get it πŸ‘

    I am have an autoimmune disorder and take a immunosuppressive medication. I am late getting mine as we had Covid earlier the summer. In Canada every province sets their own rules for the vaccine. I always have some side effects but nothing that I can’t deal with. I have a low grade fever, headache, sore arm and nausea. I am going to nap and hopefully I will feel better once I wake up. 🀞

    Calories - 2750. It is a big guess on one snack.
    Exercise - pickleball for 90 minutes.

    Feeling a bit better today. Workout yesterday was not good. I gave up and went to the hot tub and stretched. It’s injection day so that means a little bit of pain relief for a couple of days. Also, he will adjust the new medication that I started last week to help manage the pain.

    Oh yeah I'm back to 100%. I did mostly Elliptical last week but I'm back running again.

    It's actually better than I expected for being off my feet and eating kind of a lot of crap the last week. I need to find some decent, non-weight bearing exercises and get back to tracking.

    I was doing chair exercises but when I went to see my Podiatrist he said I want your leg up so he gave me a bunch of exercise to do in bed

    My weight is jumping and my snacking has been horrid. I am redoubling my efforts again. My calories are decent, for today. I want to try to get back down to 1700 eventually.

    Hi all, I'd like to weigh in a day early. Today is my wedding anniversary (15!) and we are going out and that means I'm having a glass of wine! Which isn't super for my weigh in tomorrow. Plus we are doing a little road trip tomorrow starting early. Going to get firewood in the mountains and then drive the enchanted circle to see the aspens- hopefully not a week too late!

    YouTube has a ton of exercises to do while sitting. I have done chair yoga from YouTube. Get back to your tracking and it will make a difference. How long do you have to be off your feet?

    Snacking is a tough one. Is there one thing you can work on at a time? I got back in the habit of eating potato chips. Now I am weaning myself off them again. Weeknights first and then the weekends. Baby steps.

    Real high steps for a non exercise day. I got a pleasant surprise on the scales this morning. My weight since Monday was hovering around 210. I was retaining water from my dinner on Monday.
