    PW: 144

I did not lose 5 pounds - just like i did not gain 4.5 pounds last week.
I hope for no more rollercoaster like that. I also hope to stay under 140! :)

I also have a bit of news! I think the bloating last week and "weight gain" was actually a result of being pregnant! We found out a couple of days ago, and we are so happy! For those of you that didn't know we have been trying for almost a year, we got pregnant back in April and lost our first in June. So to get pregnant again so quickly after is an amazing blessing. We are so grateful 🙏🏼🤲🏼

    Keep at it everyone! 🚶🏼‍♀️👣
    Congrats! Babies are exciting!

Sorry for the real low numbers this week. I spent 4 days in the hospital pretty much all of it in the bed. Got an infection with a lot of pain. My blood counts were all super low so had IV antibiotics and feel so much better. Go back tomorrow for a check up and maybe another dose of chemo
You spent 4 days in the hospital and you're apologizing for not getting more steps!?! Not likely they're letting you powerwalk in the hospital halls. How are you doing? Any word on whether the chemo is shrinking the cancer?

I did see a man power walking in the hospital at least twice a day. Yes he was pushing a chemo pole so definitely a patient. I was restricted to short walks with someone as I tripped over the cords and landed on my butt!
Since I didn't get any treatments for nine weeks while the doctor tried to get approval for the next combination of drugs my tumor got a little bigger, SURPRISE!! Since then I have had iron infusions and one chemo with her second choice drug - insurance reviewers should follow doctor recommendations - and missed the next one due to low blood counts which ultimately put me in the hospital. We try again Wednesday and I will add a drug that helps increase white cells.
I feel much better being home for a week now, just taking a nap everyday and losing my hair. Good thing I kept the wigs.

It doesnt show up after conversion but I actually gained a little bit since last week. It's totally on me, will do better next week.

Past 2 weeks, I gain back whatever I lose during the week over weekends. Need to be more conscious of what I consume over the weekend.

I can move you to the support team, if you'd like? You can continue to log your weights with us, but none of your weight-ins will affect the team stats. And then you'll be all set to return to the team whenever you're good and ready for it!
    [/quote]

Hi there, does that mean I will not be in this chat? or just not counted? I would like to still contribute to steps (but unlikely that I'll be doing my usually high amounts for a few months). Happy to move to support, if I still remain in this chat

    Thanks

Also steps for this week - as expected much lower, as I'm not supposed to be doing too much under doctors advice.

    16th - 15,512
    17th - 13,354
    18th - 6,988
    19th - 7,749
    20th - 7,334
    21st - 11,926
    22nd - 12,089

    Total this week (Sunday-Saturday) - 74,952

Thanks all - keep at it!

    @SarahJoyManea -

You will remain in this chat! The support team is just a separate part of the spreadsheet where we can continue logging your weight, but it won't be included in the statistics for the team at the end of the week. It's a good place if you want to stay with the team but aren't in a position to weigh in or lose weight (long vacations, health reasons, etc.).

You can still weigh in, you can still log your steps, and you won't have to worry about any of the baby weight affecting the team's numbers. I'll move you on the spreadsheet. Nothing changes for you at all, just continue logging what you'd like to have logged (steps/weights/whatever). We can chat about moving you back to the weight-loss team when you're ready.

    Hello All!

Thanks for taking me in. I'm glad to be part of the Weight No More Team.

I'll be turning 50 on 10/29. I'm a mother of 3 and grandmother of 3 (so far). I'm also a semi-retired registered nurse, currently living and volunteering in Rwanda, but my home base is western New York State. I have certifications in medical coding, grief counseling, yoga, zumba and most recently health coaching. I was obese as a child and have struggled with weight most of my life. Now that I have my health coach certification I know that I really have to walk the talk. I know what to do and how to do it, but accountability has always been my weakness. That's why I really appreciate a support group like this.

    Peace, Jessica
