Hi, I am 52 years old. I have been trying to eat clean and do 16/8 intermittent fasting since mid January 2022. I lost 80 pounds so far this year. But recently had surgery for prolapse and have regained 10 pounds. To get to my goal weight I have over 100 pounds to go. Any advice and accountability friends welcome.
Thank you

Hi, I’m also doing IF and eating pretty “clean” these days. I’ve been at this journey for 4 yrs now. Only 25 more pounds to lose till goal weight. Keep up the hard work, you’ve lost a lot already!! You’ll lose that extra ten after your done healing allow your body time to recover. Friend me if you’d like 🤗6

Hi mrsfalcon92, Sounds like 16/8 works for you congratulations! Surgery is total pain. So sorry to hear about the surgery. Hope that you can get more active soon. I have been using a reformer bed for pilates and really like it. It was the only thing that allowed me to exercise. I have a prolapse and am using a pessary. 50% of women over 60 have incontinence. So you have lots of company. Hang in there! Glad you are back.
