GLP-1 and my thyroid, a rant - it's long. You've been warned.
I have been on zepbound for just over a year. GLP-1s are miracle drugs. I have finally been able to lose weight without focusing every. second. of. the. day. on food and white knuckling it all day, just waiting for bed when I don't have to think about food or hunger. I revisited old hobbies, picked up new ones, and have…

Weight loss on psych meds
Hello, So I’m currently having to take more medication than I usually do/prefer to do for my mental health. Unfortunately it is a necessity for a bit. They make me so hungry and all I can think about is food. I feel a bit out of control. Naturally I’ve gained some weight and am hoping to lose it, but I’m wondering if…

Does anyone else have the same problems?
Hello! New here. 32yo female. I’m wondering if anyone here has or has had the same problems as myself. I’m unable to lose weight because I’m not eating ENOUGH, ugh. (I’m sure the timing, quality, etc. of my meals are also playing a part). But my body is storing fat because it doesn’t know when its next meal is coming, so…

Hello!
I'm oscar, and I've been kinda insecure about myself since like forever, so i'm finally doing something about it! I'm trying to get more toned (I have like a normal amount of muscle from random motivational periods of working out) so that I'm proud of myself when I look in the mirror ever morning. I don't want to get super…

Finally getting back to it
Generally, been struggling to stay consistent with my weight loss goals for the past year or so, sitting at a clean 205lb trying to drop to 175lb. Managed to stay below yesterday (a lot of it was realizing how high-calorie some of my snacks that didn't have nutrition labels were) and I'm really trying to go for it today.…

I am a new member.
hello everyone. I started with the app 5 days ago. I have been fasting for 3 months now. I haven’t lost a lot of weight which I am disappointed at. I eat two meals a day and I needed support in doing this. Weight is one of my goals and reducing insulin resistance is all so a major aim. I have started going to the gym and I…

Heavy LT
not the best look to be a heavy LT. Want to lose approx 30-50 lbs. I lift very regularly (4-5 days per week) in the morning (around 6 PST). Working out hasn’t been too difficult, but nutrition is what gets me (big time volume eater). I’d love to get more consistent for meal planning.

Oldie but a Goodie
I have been using this app on & off for a few years now. So far I have lost 63 lbs w/110 to be at my goal weight. I have just switched jobs from one horrible place to what looks like another. I have been stress eating this past week. Well I have decided two things this weekend. 1) It is a job. I can either stick it out or…

Suggested calorie intake with Apple Watch tracking
I am trying to work out the best way to track what my calorie intake should be. I have a very physical job, window cleaning, which involves carrying ladders, climbing up and down ladders to clean windows. If I track this as “other” on Apple Watch, It averages about 2000 calorie burn per day. I also do cardio and strength…
