How to lose weight with parents who buy unhealthy foods?
Hi guys! Im currently 240 pounds, Im fighting through an eating disorder, but my parents also buy very unhealthy foods, im hoping to be able to lose weight by working out and fighting through my ed, but im not sure how possible its going to be without the health food my body needs. 1Year 56kilo gone First Year With My Fitness Pal
This week I celebrated my first year with MFP , never done a diet before and found weight hard to lose suffering from arthritis and the inability to exercise to any level. Lost 56 kilo simply by using the plan, eating properly and educating myself on what and what not to eat. Happy birthday to me 🥳

I did WW 2x years ago and it was helpful. I don’t formally track but plan to start using MFP. I use some WW tricks and points but do that in my head. It was helpful but I think MFP will be better b/c it’s more comprehensive.

Loosing body weight to increase chin ups
Hi friends Frame- 185 cm 100 kg wt 33 years (age) Gone down from 107. Goal to reach 90 in next 45 days with good chiseled body. Long term goal to have a good calisthenic physique. Basic workout- cycling, jogging and chinups Protein rich diet. Need to cut down sugar and fried food to near zero. Work in progress.
