Does being on your feet all day even if your not walking make a difference in your activity level?
Let’s say I’m standing up all day at work pretty much in one spot and I’m not “walking” is that “sedentary/not very active” or “lightly active”? Does simply “being on your feet” change your activity level? Really want to get my activity level right so I know how many calories I can or can’t afford.

Dealing with keeping off weight after acid reflux surgery. Just started using fitness pal, but don't always rember to put everything. Heavy LT

I am trying to figure out what weight I should set my goals for and maintain and I am not sure which is healthy according to my body size. Is there a way I could calculate which weight is good for me?

Calorie targets
So apparently aiming for less than 1000 calories a day is unhealthy but you need to aim for a calorie deficit of 500 less than your maintenance calorie target… My body scales suggest a maintenance goal of 1334 calories (I’m 5’ 2”) so minus 500 would be around 800 calories a day? Any thoughts from shorter ladies?
