First post here. Normally use the app off and on depending on when I’m bulking on in this case cutting. Just finished a cut for 2 months where I lost 10 lbs doing 2k cals a day. Wasn’t the most fun thing in the world but still hit protein goal which was my main thing. Did lose a lil bit of strength but I went in expecting it. Started the cut at 168 ended at 158. Looks wise I think I look better than after my first bulk. At minimum I look lean so I’ll take it. It’ll be nice to actually eat a burger and I got a few months to plan out the next bulk where hopefully I won’t have to eat more than 3500 calories again. Thanks for reading end pics below.
