Hello

Hello. I’ve been using My fitness pal for several years on and off. I’ve recently started a new program and have been eating low carb diet for about 7 weeks. I have lost 11.5 lbs so far. I feel so energized and my clothes are fitting me so much better now. My goal is to lose about 18 more pounds and be more active. I recently retired and am looking forward to enjoying more time with my husband and our two Aussies. We have several camping trips planned.
