I’ve been on MyFitnessPal for 6 weeks; however, I started my weight loss journey in January. I added the app because I was stalling and thought tracking would help and it really has been a difference maker!

Hello, and welcome!
I joined MFP part way through weight loss for pretty much the same reason: I wanted more consistency and predictability. Using MFP dialed that in perfectly for me. I'm still using it in long-term maintenance because it's the perfect approach for my personality type, a data geek who likes metrics and measurements.
