I’m 18 tired of being skinny fat I look horrible without clothes and I’m tired but I believe that the way I can lose this weight and get abs is simply less calories no processed/unhealthy food protein intake ,cardio like jogging 10-12k steps and abs muscle training consistently does anyone believe there’s is any errors too my thought process if so what shall I tweak? Thank you.
