Hi! I am on zepbound too! I switched from Wegovey a few months ago, as I plateaued. I just started the 7.5 dose last week and the scale finally moved this week. Hoping it continues!
How is zepbound going for you?

hey there, same for me, I'm in 7.5 and better than previous. I'm with a trainer for a month and the challenge is he wants me to eat a lot of protein, but I'm not that hungry….so it's a challenge to want to build muscle and tone, but not have it eaten up by not "enough"? nutrition….

Hi!
I’ve been on Zepbound since February 2024. I’m up to 12.5 mg, generally having spent 2-3 months on each dosage amount. I’ve lost 103 lbs. I eat 1,000-1,300 calories a day on a balanced diet. The Zepbound has been a miracle for me. It takes away the food noise. So for this period of time, I’ve been able to take the energy I used to need just to fight the food off and go to the gym, where I do cardio 3-5 times a week and strength train 2-3 times a week, and do some flexibility and core pretty much every day. Good luck on your journey!!

Opinion question- my doctor has prescribed Zepbound for me and I'm waiting on insurance to approve it. I am worried because I feel that I have a food addiction and I'm afraid it won't work. Any thoughts, opinions, or experiences? I am seeking therapy as well.

I've been on 5mg and am now going to start 7.5mg. my food addiction and terrible snacking habits have gone away. I have no cravings or desire to eat mindlessly. I haven't started to exercise yet, but will soon start walking. Zepbound has been a success for me. My weight loss has been steady. Side effects have been minimal.

just started ZB 2.5 on 5/5 due to severe sleep apnea so really hoping to get rid of the dreaded cpap machine! Yesterday I was really fatigued but today’s a little better. Don’t have much of an appetite & I’m really surprised it worked so fast. Been trying to document all foods to stay on target between 1200-1500 calories a day. Want to lose slowly & hopefully keep it off this time🤦♀️🤷♀️
