    I'm really disappointed in myself this month. December won't be any easier as I have a brother coming to visit for a week and then there's Christmas coming up. But I'm determined to get below 230 at least.

    I thought I would have a loss, as it was difficult to each much more that oatmeal and applesauce for the last couple of weeks... however my appetite is back, and I can now enjoy most of my usual foods. Maybe my body went into survival mode?

    I'm feeling much better, now just need to get over the constant feeling of needing to cough. My 1st time having covid, hopefully my last!

    Not ready yet for any long brisk walks, think I will start by taking a peaceful short walk.
