Originally slept in and skipped my workout cuz I felt a cold coming on, but felt better in the afternoon so did just a low impact ride. Ate comfort food in between so it didn't make a dent in my calories.

Need to put the brakes on that as I'm up a full 7 lbs since my vacation last month. 😔

Definitely time for a mental reset. I have been on a mountain climb since vacation. I know the last quarter of the year is always a struggle for me with bdays and holidays. I am not sleeping right, eating right or even getting exeecise in. No one to blame but myself. Working on a mental plan and hope to jump back on track.
