Goals/Day/Comments: Light workout day. I'm picking my older brother up at the airport tomorrow for a week-long visit. So, I'll be taking a break from my diet/exercise regimen, but I'll try to do what I can.

Good Morning Team! Hooray for December and another re-set.

I usually love the holidays and family/friends gettogethers, however this year will be different. I won't go into details, but I just am wishing to skip Christmas this year. (Got to skip Thanksgiving due to Covid) This is not like me, I am the one to see the cup 1/2 full, rose colored glasses, just usually an overall positive forward type. I am working on turning these feelings around, not only for myself but for those around me.

I'm looking for suggestions, what do you do when you are feeling down? Do you meditate, go for a walk, clean house???

Exercise: Yes, a little, but lots of steps (πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ3.16 mi/62 min; πŸ‘£10,101 steps)
Goals/Day/Comments: My only exercise today was a 3.16 mile walk/run at the airport remote (free) parking lot while I was waiting for my brother's plane to arrive. Serendipitously, he texted me that he was off the plane and headed to baggage claim right when I finished my "run".

I’m in the same boat you are I just can’t wait for the holidays to get over. Never was like that but the last 2years have not been fun. Not sure if your religious but I’ve found my faith in god and pray have helped me so much getting thru these holidays. Also exercising helps with my stress and anxiety. Hope this helps and if I can help let me know.

I agree with Pauletzi. I draw on strength from God. I’m a believer. Praying for you.

Thank you for your suggestions, I am trying to give my thoughts to God... somethings are just not in our control. Time will heal... <3 Realized yesterday that Christmas is going to be here whether I am ready or not... so guess I need to pull up my big girl panties and start getting ready! :D

Yes, when we are weak He is strong. I’ve had a tough time last weekend with my 2 year old grandson having emergency surgery last Saturday night. He was discharged last night. I’m very thankful. Answer to my prayers
