Weigh in Sunday (today)
PW 312

So 6lbs down in week 1.
Happy with that - mainly through zero alcohol, fasting 12 hours (8pm to 8am) and tracking calories below 2,000 target on MFP.6 -

Hi Everyone, I am a returning WNM member. Took a break from July to December and gained 20Lbs. Not sad about it, I just need to focus again and get back on track. Looking forward to 2023 : )8 -
@JessicaVRosati I just requested to be a friend on Garmin!
Woo! We're rocking it y'all! Keep up the good work!3 -
@cyndiesstuff is back! She will be along soon and ready to roll!5

Today at work someone noticed the weight that I have lost. It was a great NSV moment and nice to hear that my hard work is showing. Definitely a motivator to keep going.8

@pacsnc6 sorry to hear about your cancer.
@cyndiesstuff welcome back.
I have had a terrible weekend. Not sure how but I hurt my hip. The right side which is my good side. I have been in pain all weekend and couldn't workout. I was doing so well. Today feels a little better. Hopefully tomorrow I will be back to myself. I quit the gym I have a few weeks left because you have to give a month's notice. I'm sad about it but I hate paying the money to go only once a week and sometimes not even that. I will miss my zumba class, she is my favorite teacher. I might look into another gym, we will sew. I did check into the ymca today. I looked around on their website. I also thought of going to jazzercise but they seem expensive. I do have my ifit ap that I have been using and I have some videos. We will see how it goes.4 -

hi everyone, my name is Cyndie. I use to be on this thread back in 2019 and 2020. I have had success but as of yet have not been able to keep it off. I am working on my mind set and cutting calories. I am 5 foot tall and 168.2 lbs. I have decided that I am not going to do anything I can not do the rest of my life. So on January 3rd I made a commitment to explore my options. I have a chronic pain condition that involves fibromyalgia, arthritis, and lyme disease. I am married, have two adult children, and live in Michigan. It is nice to be back. Thanks for having me Team Weight No More6 -
I just read thru the thread. WOW a very active team. I love it.3

Welcome back @cyndiesstuff! (Edited to fix the thing my stupid phone 'fixed' incorrectly)
Our walking team has exploded this month! Almost three quarters of million steps in one week and not everyone who typically reports has posted....final results will be posted tommow but I'm already impressed!2 -
January 8th
Weigh In Day: Sunday
Previous Weight: January 1st - 223.1
Current Weight: January 8th - 223.3
I've been technically away from house and routine now since Dec 15th. This weekend I will finally be getting back to my own space. I am looking forward to another 30 lbs down for 2023.
I still have a long way to go before I will be happy with photos again. I thought I looked so good and then saw some photos taken over Christmas. I didn't delete them at least but I look forward to next years comparison.3 -
Oh my goodness, I opened up the spreadsheet to take a look at the stats, and HOLY COW, I'm impressed. There's been so many step counts recorded so far (thanks for taking over the step results this week, @melaniedscott !!!), and I had completely forgotten just how much we had grown this month.
To those of you who are new, welcome to an absolute powerhouse of a team. It looks like we've been completely revitalized in the new year, and I am 100% excited for it!
Quick update on me:
I started a new job yesterday (yay!) and am now in that weird place where my old routine doesn't fit my new schedule. The week-to-week variability is not going to be helpful, but I can find a way to make it work. While I am adjusting, I used a code for a discount on one of those pre-made meal plans, so I don't have to worry about cooking as much - or grocery shopping! It will help me stay on track while I figure out how my daily rhythms will work moving forward.
As for working out, that gets a little more complicated. I have a very long commute, so I have to leave my apartment earlier than normal to make it to the office on time, which makes it tricky to work out before the workday, unless I shift back into my 4:30am wake-up (back from when I used to make a 5:30am circuit class before my 7am shift), which may be a valid option if I don't get too distracted socializing in the evening. I'm going to the gym after work today and see how I feel after being stationary for most of the day AND driving quite a bit. It's that fun science-experiment kind of time. I will report back. Probably. If I remember.6 -

Being hungry stinks. I’ve gained weight this week bc I was hungry and now lost weight this week bc I’m taking a drug that takes away hunger. I’m upset bc what if I quit taking the (prescription) drug and gain weight again. I need to find a sustainable routine where I’m satisfied. I have faith I’ll find it. If anything I’m happy about my 25 lb loss and blood levels and I don’t want to mess that up at the very least bc my family is so happy they will have me here for longer3

I had a really good day today. I ended the day with 1390 calories and my goal is 1350. Not to shabby. I also got my water and my steps. Today makes 8 days on track. I have a string of 8 days of learning how to live my life like a slimmer person. I have adjusted my nutrients too. I am hoping that with some consistency it will help me some better. Well good night all. Tomorow is a bright new day.4

Woohoo!👏👏👏
I'm going to need all the encouragement I can get, from Friday onwards, as I'm heading back home and leaving the lovely sunshine and sea behind 🌊☀️😌
