To be fair, I'm on a different scale and my race is Sunday so I'm eating more and drinking lots of fluids. Unfortunately, some of the fluid is wine....
However, my morning run was great! My daughter and cousin are in town and we are having a great time!
My VO2 Max was 40! The highest I've been since I've started recording.
Good job😘
I know you'll do well💕💕💕2 -

Good morning Shape Shifters. Seeing a lot of great weigh ins, go us!
Yesterday the weather was still not being nice and we weren't able to go for a walk at all. I was not about to sit on my butt all day though, so I did a 40 minute workout in the living room as usual. I felt a bit awkward with my mom being in the same room, but it's my mom, so I got over it fast. She told me I did a good job. We walked to the restaurant in the evening, thankfully we made it there mostly dry. I both like and dislike eating out, and sometimes I am not sure if it's worth it. The food is nice, but it is always too much. I am never able to turn down a dessert, when the main meal is already plenty. I guess it's because I only eat out with my mom, which is 5 or 6 times a year. So it feels a shame to skip the dessert. I think I will try next time though. I don't like going to bed with a stuffed belly. I am also just not really a food person, and I am just as happy to eat at home. I will give it some thinks. Happy Saturday everyone5 -

I got up early yesterday for Dance fit but got there & the class was cancelled.I did a bit in the gym instead..Later that morning I felt 🤢 so put the heating on & just rested on my sofa watching TV.I had to go to the local supermarket in the evening but that's all I did.
So my steps were low that day.
Glad that the scales have moved.I feel OK today so hopefully go for a swim or gym.Sometimes at weekends alot of kids go to the pool & as I do lengths I prefer an empty pool.
Then I plan to visit a big warehouse to look at wardrobes for my newly decorated bedroom.A good day to get lots of steps in.
Hope all the team has a great Saturday, some great losses, achievements & stepping going on in the Shape Shifters team 👏5 -

Good morning all! Had a good week, back on track, and hit 40 lbs gone forever!
@jessicakrall8 I need to skip my weigh-in next week (1/21).
Getting ready for some excitement—we are finally leaving Missouri and returning home to the East coast! We came here in ‘99 for my husband’s job, but NY has always been home and where all the family is, so now that we’re both retired, it’s time to go back. We are doing a two week trip to look at properties in Connecticut, Jersey, and Long Island. We’ve got a whirlwind of a trip planned, but are both so excited for this next chapter!7 -

Well, here we go again. Weight roller coaster. Week 7 of the class was brutal, sore every day, I think even my eyelids are sore! It is a great feeling because I know I am just getting stronger.
Hope you all have an amazing week.5 -

Today's an ok day with the left knee. It's bending still some stiffness and sore but better than it was 24 hours ago at work. Of course, it was way colder yesterday so, ik that's the price if a 6 season state. Lol3

✨Daily Check-In & Steps Challenge
I haven’t checked in over the last couple of days as I’ve been a bit busy with my uni assignments. I’ve submitted 3 and I’m now up to date with my course work, so I don’t need to stress myself out about that.
I’ve managed to keep within a calorie deficit over the past few days, but I haven’t been doing much exercise.
I hope everyone is well x

Good morning Shape Shifters. Not a very interesting day. My mom went home again early in the afternoon. We agreed that next time we are going out for lunch instead. I thought that would be a nice compromise; we still get to enjoy eating out, but the meals are smaller, it's cheaper, and we don't have to walk in the dark (my mom can't see well in the dark). I think this will work out much better. I didn't really do anything the rest of the day besides getting my steps in. While the visit was nice as usual, it is also very nice to do everything my way again, and go to bed and eat when I want! Happy Sunday everyone3 -

Ugh...I think I've got a cold. Hot and cold, ears hurt. The outside Temps have shown all 6 seasons which is typical Midwestern weather, meaning if it's possible to get sick, you will possibly get sick. I did get chilled on Friday at work and it was really cold outside. But my weight is actually getting back to normal for me as alot of the swelling and stiffness has disappeared making the severe arthritis much more controlled. Yes, yes and yes. I was able to get alot of walking in yesterday. I just did an active rest day here at the house as I've had some stuff to do but haven't done any of my usual stuff other than Walk Dinah Mite today.
On a side note, for those who have no clue where I work at, as I don't normally talk about it here but do on my page, I'm a Thrift Store Volunteer fir a Christian based store. We've got 3 of them in my area. I've been there almost 5 1/2 years and I very much enjoy. We raise money for our local community to help those in need with utilities, rent, house payments, and home repairs mostly. We do occasionally accept donations of packaged food for those who might need it. One of the other stores has a food pantry attached to it as well and helps that way. We've got 3 other food pantries in the area that's not associated with the Christian based stores. The store with the food pantry is able to accept donations of furniture, where we can only accept a few smaller pieces because we have limited space.4 -

Small loss but happy with it! It was a tough food week and not as much walking as usual due to rain and spending hours trying to get our phone service fixed. Not raining at the moment so going to head out rn for a short walk before it starts again.
