Well, did not lose any weight but at least did not gain any either.
Finished my 8 week class. and now I am looking for the next challenge, maybe the next challenge will be the house renovation.
@SavageMrsMoose I am so sorry about your fur baby, I hope you are able to enjoy him and spoil him much longer while he is without pain.
@Pupowl I wish you lived a little closer, I love puzzles so I have a huge collection that we could swap.

Hi Shapeshifters, hope you're all well! This month is flying by. It continues to be busy with work and life. This month I'm finding it more difficult to make good healthy food choices. With less time to cook at home we've been grabbing food out more often. Definitely an area I need to work on going into next week/month. I am also struggling with pain in hip/groin area. I started noticing it months ago but it seemed like it was getting better. I was able to start walking for a good 2.5-3 miles regularly but the last couple weeks I'm having trouble again but a bit worse than before so trying to take it easy and need to make some time to get it checked.
