    Magic, that is fabulous news!

I was just thinking of you guys. In my quest to have a delicious day, I restocked on curry powder and made vegan curried lentils. The only issue is that my teenage son likes them, too, so this dish won't last long, even though I started with a pound of lentils. It was a lazy version of this:

Marilyn, you are the most wonderfully consistent of posters. I agree that connecting with nature is super important. How are you doing?

Nancy, I hope you are having a good day and that you are recovering well.

I had a busy day but stuck with the Dr F plan in general. I missed my beans, but will get back to that tomorrow.
    B - coffee
L - broccoli-cauli-spinach with apple cider vinegar, a bunch of great spices, and a bit of corn for color and sweetness; steamed apple and cinnamon
S - apples and peanut butter
D - green smoothie (spinach, strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon)
    Kitchen closed at 7. Yay!

Speak of beans, my husband wants to try the curried lentils. This batch may not last long.
