I did some mini walks yesterday but I didn’t start my watch so I am not giving myself a check mark. Today I have my diabetic check. I know my A1C is still in the non diabetic range. (I peeked at my results)

A bad week between some nighttime eating and higher sodium foods. Also, I think I have a mental block when it comes to being under 200. Every time I get there I lose focus and gain. Anyone else have a number on the scales that gives them grief?3 -

* Thoughts: I’ve been incorporating a lot more fruits and vegetables in my diets. I fell really short on protein today. Which isn’t good because I had a really great workout at the gym in the evening. I will make sure I exceed my protein goal on Friday to balance it out.

Honestly, I haven't had the energy to really exercise as much during my non-gym days. I'm running around for work this week (I'm with facilities and accommodations) as I have 2 moves as part of a project so by the time I get home I'm wiped. I also have been playing a little fast and loose with my fasting times. I'll tighten up my diet this week and get past this little setback....Also, it's my TOM so that's fun too lol. I'll post my daily check-in later on tonight.3 -

Well done on your weight loss to date! That's quite an accomplishment!! But as someone who has gotten to goal weight or
close, a couple of times, if you don't have a plan for how to maintain, it will come back!! So although the mindset of losing weight is over, the process is not over. It has just changed to a maintenance mindset!
I'm 60 next month and I've lost and gained 80lb about 4 times! This time is different!!
I ve already started working on my maintenance plan and I will not be gaining any of it back!!!! Totally agree with your comment, maintenance mindset already activated!2 -

Yes all the numbers that start with 18 something! I reached the 180s on November 27th last year and I'm sick of them!

Yup I've lost about 3 pounds since I hit Maintenance. The first two weeks were very tough mentally changing from a weight loss to a Maintenance mindset but once I realized everything will be OK, I'm way more comfortable0 -

* Thoughts: I got the worst sleep Thursday night. It had a big affect on my mood. I was not a pleasant person. So, I decided to take advantage of the one day of sunny weather, laced up my shoes and took a nice long walk by the river. It really helped A LOT.

Logged: Up until a point.

I went to the grocery store hungry. Yes, I did know better, but I was out "my foods"! Naturally, I bought some things I shouldn't have, and then I ate them, of course! I was out of calories by 4 pm! My husband went curling, so I was home alone. Not starving by any means, but I got into the chips I bought for him, and then it became a free-for-all. Had it not been the case, I would have walked around my house to get to 10K steps, but I had already blown the day. Up a pound on the scales. Today is a new day.
