Yesterday was a good day. Logged, under and my husband and I went for a 37 minute walk when the rain stopped. Today, however, is cold and rainy and I am exhausted! Woke up too early and could not get back to sleep.... a recipe for disaster! So far, so good, though. Fingers crossed I can find some focus!4

I need to stop eating like I'm still on vacation š2 -
It took everything I had not to cave into mindless eating yesterday. I even forced myself to go for a 23 minute walk once the rain stopped. I logged my food and ate every last calorie given to me. I am very, VERY hungry this morning! I have to go into work today for statements, so that will probably be my saving grace.
@Tomsgal1985 and @plummerbecky1 I need to join you in this little competition. My nephew is getting married on July 15th. I do not want to buy another dress at this size. I bought one for a wedding last August and, without actually knowing for sure as I haven't dug it out and tried it on again, I think I need to be around 195 for it to fit me properly.

Logged, under and got in a 40 minute walk in a break in the rain, I am on day 4 of logging and being under. I might be too under as I am very, very hungry. I shall look at my numbers later and see what I think. I am enjoying the number on the scale getting lower each day, however, I know If I am too hungry, too often, I will eventually binge.
I have to go to the grocery store today. In the past this has always been part of my downfall, as I will buy foods I tell myself I can eat in moderation, but in reality I cannot! Short of getting my list notarized, I am not sure what I can do except to go in with a firm list and a firm resolve, and to eat right before I go, of course!6 -
