I can't find the April link. Here are my results for this week.

Weigh-in: Wednesday, April 5 Week 1

This morning, I reached my goal weight of 160 that my doctor set. It has taken me a very long time (8 1/2 years) to very slowly but steadily losing an average of .2 lbs. I feel like the length of time it has taken me has also changed my mindset. I never deprive myself of anything but I keep track of my food every day and budget my calories. I plan to lose get down to about 158 so that I maintain under my goal weight. I have another doctor check up with labs in June to see if that 158 is a healthy weight for me. I would like to continue in the group just to be able to report my weekly weight.1 -

@maryphum Congratulations on reaching your goal weight!! After 8 1/2 years, you are undoubtedly a pro at logging your food, and this is a skill that you can do forever to maintain your weight! I envision nothing but success in your future! Stick around for as long as you would like!1 -

I really, really need to watch what foods I bring into the house. We went to a fundraising banquet/auction on Saturday. We ended up winning (translation"buying") a wagon full of booze, which came with some nuts and Pringles, and a pecan pie (separate item). Sunday, I was fine. My husband is home on Sundays. I ate differently, but I was still in my calorie range. Until he went to bed before me, that is.

Today, it was supposed to be raining when I got up and it was supposed to rain all day. It wasn't (and isn't!) so I actually went for a two mile walk before I even had my first coffee!! There is nowhere to go but up from rock bottom!!
Last Wednesday I weighed in at 211, I think. Today I weighed 207.4
