Wednesday I was still doing a bit of the same, then I got some sad news, so any sort of semblance to reigning it in was lost. I will try again today.

    It’s so easy to over buy when hungry at the supermarket. I understand emotional eating when getting sad news. Try your best. As long as you keep trying you are successful.

    Thank you. You have showed me that you can lose weight at 60. I turn 60 next year and I would love to get to goal by then.

    In about 2 weeks I will be with my mother and brother. Last time I saw them was 4 or 5 years ago. I'm getting very excited and probably for this reason last Friday I was craving for food like crazy. Yesterday I did a kind of fasting to compensate for the extra calories consumed the day before.
