Last night I slept on and off for 6 hours which is the most I've gotten all week. I'm still so tired and fatigue. Went for a run this morning and I'm exhausted. Blah. My next 5km race is Saturday. Just want this to be over with.
Have you ever tried melatonin for sleep. I swear by it. Great job sticking with giving up weed.cormierannie wrote: »cormierannie
Weigh in day Sunday
PW: 132 pounds
CW: 132 pounds
You mentioned last week you are in maintenance. I need a maintenance range weight so I can get you moved to the proper part of the spreadsheet. Most people do 5 to 10 pounds around their centre weight.laquita606 wrote: »Weigh In Day: Sunday

Weight loss is at a snails pace, but I'm pretty sure I'm building muscle. Many Steps and paddling a kayak all day is adding up.5 -

@lindamtuck2018
May I be excused for the month of August?
Things haven't been going so well and I feel a break would be best. I have informed Megan that I am taking a break from steps as well.
I will move you to support.adianeschu wrote: »PW-221.8

That's great! Keep going!
Thanks. First when I got the watch I was so eager to get the badges. I want to be like that again.Tail0rMade22 wrote: »Weigh-in day: Monday

Hang in there. With that kind of activity you must be.0 -
Steps: 11,815

I said my goal this month was to do laps for a full hour. I think that was ambitious. I did 30 minutes of laps yesterday plus water exercises. I will keep building up my lap time but I am resetting the goal to 45 minutes of laps. I am trying not to have too many rests while doing the laps.
Have a great day!1 -

Sorry for the late response! It is a game in VR (virtual reality) where you basically dance to music and smash boxes to the beats. It's extremely fun! You feel awesome and you're exercising at the same time. Hardly feels like a work out. I actually did some last night and it has definitely made me want to do it on a consistent basis again.
Oooh that sounds fun! I’ll look it up 😊1 -

My actual steps before I converted them was 7,473. I had to go out 3 times yesterday so I think that makes a difference. I think I move more when my granddaughter is over.
