Hello everyone. So good to see everyone's encouraging posts. Sorry to hear about ankle not healing @Megan_smartiepants1970 . I hope the cast helps. I feel like I am on the outside looking in. I am on vacation in the mountains and having a great time. However, restaurant foods are delicious but not always best for health. Exercise is limited because I am with hubby and SIL. Enjoying their company but limited mobility. Doing what I can for now. I will check in when I can.
A vacation in the mountains sounds heavenly. When I called the cable company yesterday the agent that answered was in Calgary. Taking my granddaughter to see the Taylor Swift movie. No popcorn for me. We are taking her out to eat and the arcade before the movie. Off to get groceries super early as we have an appointment to get our haircut. I also have physio today so it’s a busy day. I will try to get some walks in between everything.

Missed my exercise goal this week but I am not going to be hard on myself. Even though I wasn’t feeling great most of the week I closed my rings so I did get exercise minute’s every day. Lots of steps yesterday. I am paying for it today. I will do my physio exercises which includes stretches. So todays goals : close rings, meet step goal and do my physio exercises.
