Hello team! Happy Sunday. Here are my weekly numbers @lindamtuck2018:
User: rwillems
Weigh-in day: Sunday
PW: 278.6 lbs
CW: 282.2 lbs (up 3.6 lbs. 🙁)
As you can see, I continue to struggle up one week, down the next, then back up again. Clearly, I need to change focus. What had been working so well in the past just isn’t working for me anymore (or at least at the moment). Oh well, the struggle goes on. Well, I did get some “good news” this week…I celebrated my 9th year as a member of MyFitnessPalpal this week. Thanks, I will pass on the ice cream and cake!2 -

Has anyone ever had issues with their smartwatch irritating their wrist? My skin is very dry so that probably doesn’t help. Tried it on the right wrist and it is irritating it also. I left it off last night and put it back on this morning. Had to take it off in less than an hour.
I had an issue with my Apple Watch 2 years ago. It left a small burn on my wrist under the sensor. I went to the Apple Store and they took the watch to run some diagnostics then gave it back and told me there was nothing wrong with it. They offered me $100 to put towards a new watch. So I called customer service and they sent me a brand new watch. I’ve had no problems.0 -

Its some kind of contact rash I think. It’s driving me crazy not wearing it. I am using hydrocortisone cream so hopefully it clears it up soon.

I was pretty good at remembering to put my phone in my pocket yesterday. I did all my mini walking before lunch. My back/leg always gets worse as the day goes on so I try to do this regularly. I break my steps into mini goals. I have a certain number of steps that I have to reach by 10, 12 and 2. If I accomplish the mini goals then I can usually reach my step goal.
I am waiting to hear the pool temperature before I decide if I am going. I went I believe on Friday and it was so cold I got out.
Have a great Monday!1
